This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Python developer with experience implementing Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions in enterprise environments. The team is expanding to support several new initiatives, including AI-powered chatbots, intelligent automation, agentic AI, and application modernization.

Responsibilities

of the Right Candidate Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-enabled applications using Python and modern Generative AI technologies. Build and integrate LLM-powered applications leveraging RAG, LangChain, OpenAI, Vertex AI, and related frameworks. Develop intelligent chatbots and conversational AI solutions to improve customer experience and streamline business processes.

Contribute to agentic AI initiatives and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Participate in greenfield development projects while enhancing the functionality and performance of existing applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, and production-ready software.

Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing application improvements. Collaborate with software engineers, technical architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Evaluate technical solutions based on complexity, scalability, ROI, and overall business value.

Maintain technical documentation and follow established software engineering and Agile development best practices. Experience of the Right Candidate: 3–5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on Python expertise. Experience developing applications using Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI.

Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI / LLM solutions in production environments. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI application development. Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or equivalent technologies. Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Responsible AI concepts.

Experience working with Generative AI platforms and services such as OpenAI and/or Google Vertex AI. Experience with cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, data pipelines, and modern software development practices. Experience working in Agile development environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
