About the Job Lagrange Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, deploy, and operate infrastructure supporting blockchain systems and large-scale Zero-Knowledge (ZK) proof generation. This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on infrastructure reliability, blockchain node operations, DevSecOps, monitoring, and cloud resource optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps experience, hands-on blockchain infrastructure knowledge, and expertise with modern infrastructure automation and orchestration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and operate infrastructure for large-scale, production-grade ZK proof generation. Manage blockchain node infrastructure, including full nodes and archive nodes, across multiple blockchain networks. Monitor network latency and maintain high availability of RPC nodes. Implement DevSecOps practices across blockchain and cloud infrastructure. Protect infrastructure against DDoS attacks and other security threats.

Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining required performance and reliability. Manage infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and bare-metal environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes. Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and resource utilization. Support reliable and scalable blockchain infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional DevOps experience. At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with blockchain infrastructure. Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms. Practical knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics. Strong understanding of blockchain protocols from an infrastructure and operations perspective.

Experience managing distributed infrastructure across multiple environments. Understanding of infrastructure security and DevSecOps practices.
