Work cross-functionally with research, design and operations. Ship to real customers within weeks of joining. Mentor + recruit teammates as we scale. What we're looking for 4+ years of relevant production experience. Strong fundamentals in your craft + curiosity for what's adjacent. Direct, kind, action-oriented communication. Comfort with ambiguity + writing things down.
