About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Full-Stack Developer

with strong experience in

Java

on the backend and

React.js or Next.js

on the frontend. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a

remote, collaborative environment

and has hands-on experience with

Extreme Programming (XP) practices

, including

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

and

Pair Programming

. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications -
• Build robust backend services using

Java

• (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot) -
• Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using

React.js or Next.js

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using

• Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision-making - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability -

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience as a

Full-Stack Developer

• Solid backend experience with

Java

(Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs) - Frontend experience with

React.js or Next.js

• Practical experience with
