Qualifications

: Active TS/SCI 5+ years of hands-on development Python backend using Django, FastAPI including async/ASGI and modern Python 3.13+ Production frontend React, Next.js or equivalent; must demonstrate complete applications RESTful API design, Backend-for-Frontend patterns, including Pydantic-driven validation PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, migrations and data loading AWS application deployment &troubleshooting across classified partitions and regions Familiarity with EKS, Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC and KMS Terraform module development and maintenance Authentication integration using Keycloak, OIDC, SAML or CAC/PIV; secure token handling Secure development for STIG-hardened, FIPS-validated environments GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
