1. Use AI coding agents for implementation 2. Can own problems end-to-end, from user need to operated software, and delivers implementation primarily through AI coding agents. 3. Deliver implementation primarily through AI coding agents: translate intent into precise specs, constraints, and acceptance criteria, and supervise multiple agents work streams in parallel. 4.

Apply human judgment where it matters most: architecture decisions, trade-offs, edge cases, and critical review of agent output - accountable for correctness, security, and maintainability of everything merged. 5.
