Make an impact as a Full Stack Software as part of the MNP Labs team. Here you will design, build, and maintain modern web applications end to end, working fluidly across front-end and back-end. Our core stack is React and NextJS on Azure, but we choose the right technology for the job; you'll have real opportunities to work in other stacks when it means a better outcome for our customers.

Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React on the front end and NextJS on the back end.

Our services run on Microsoft Azure. Provide the QA team guidance, enabling them to create and maintain automated testing for all our applications. Work across the stack, shifting focus to whichever area needs it most at the time. Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis on issues across the stack.

Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive work, and improve code quality, with the judgment to validate and own the output. Quality & Practices Write testable, maintainable code and contribute to automated testing. Apply secure development practices to help protect customer data.

Participate in design reviews and peer code reviews, and help keep technical documentation clear and current. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering best practices within Azure DevOps. Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owner, and engineers using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.

Bring a continuous improvement mindset, suggesting better ways to build and deliver. 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience at production scale, ideally in a SaaS environment. • Strong experience with React and a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience with package management is an asset. • Solid understanding of API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to aid in development, review code, write tests, and debug, with the judgment to validate and own the output. • Familiarity with secure development practices and version control (Git). • Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and collaboration is an asset. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
