The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our talent acquisition platform, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring optimal performance to support our recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• - A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a developer with the iCIMS platform.

• - Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for integrations, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• - Solid understanding of iCIMS architecture, configuration, and customization.
• - Experience with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
