This role offers the opportunity to own the end-to-end development and maintenance of web applications, internal systems, and technical platforms. You will work across both front-end and back-end development while building integrations, automating workflows, and resolving technical issues.

The position combines hands-on software development with systems management, data analysis, and cross-functional technical support. You’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, leadership, and other teams to turn business needs into practical technology solutions. This is a strong opportunity for a versatile developer who enjoys working across technologies and taking ownership of diverse technical challenges. ### Accountabilities - Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms. - Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end logic, APIs, and database connections. - Manage and optimize CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions between business systems. - Use automation platforms such as Zapier to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Support and maintain a broad range of business applications and software platforms used across the organization. - Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making. - Use advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process, analyze, and present data effectively. - Troubleshoot technical issues across web platforms, systems, integrations, and workflows while identifying opportunities for optimization. - Maintain appropriate security practices, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication controls. - Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing to team members when needed. - Document systems, architecture, processes, and workflows to improve accessibility and continuity across teams. - Contribute to onboarding, process improvements, system optimization, and ad-hoc technical initiatives. ###
