Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Java Full Stack Developer

with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend technologies

, along with good knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using

Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA

• .
• - Design and implement

RESTful APIs and microservices

• .
• - Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using

Angular / React

• .
• - Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• - Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as

Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

• , etc.
• - Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• - Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
• - Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other development teams.
• - Implement automated unit, integration, and API testing.
• - Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• - Experience with Redis or caching technologies.
• - Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and application security.
• - Knowledge in Python is preferred.
• - Experience in cloud-native application development.
• - Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance. ### Requirements

Required Skills

6–12 years of professional software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8/11/17+.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.

Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

Experience with Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML5 / CSS3.

Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.

Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube or similar tools.

-

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps is preferred.

Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP is an advantage.

Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge in Insurance domain
