What You’ll Actually Be Doing

As the Lead Developer, you will champion execution, communicate technical realities, and proactively drive the implementation of the platform vision. -

Execute the vision

of a drag-and-drop app builder defined by Product and Engineering management. -

Proactively flag constraints

in React and Next.js frontend architecture to management early. -

Bridge communication gaps

by translating product and design requirements into high-quality code. -

Lead the daily implementation

of highly interactive, state-heavy internal UIs. -

Proactively identify roadblocks

in frontend performance and deliver optimized solutions. -

Collaborate closely with leadership

to provide accurate technical estimates and progress updates. -

Mentor team members
