Job Description As a Member of Technical Staff, you will architect and build Crucibl.ai's core intelligence engine end-to-end.

What You Will Do

Design and implement the core intelligence engine, encompassing model orchestration, data ingestion, and reasoning pipelines from the ground up. Collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO to translate product vision into scalable, enterprise-grade architecture for Fortune 500 clients.

Ship high-impact features across the full stack, ensuring the platform remains robust, evolvable, and capable of handling complex enterprise data. Demonstrates deep proficiency in modern software stacks and has a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products, not just isolated features.
