About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack and mobile development experience to join a modern engineering environment focused on AI-enabled software development. This is a T-shaped engineering role requiring deep expertise in either web or mobile development, combined with solid working knowledge across both platforms.

You will build and ship production-grade applications using React and React Native, while leveraging AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve development velocity, quality and engineering outcomes. Experience within telco or other large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React and React Native Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices across requirements, design, development, testing, code review, deployment and monitoring Use AI tools for requirements analysis, specification development and user-story creation Leverage AI coding assistants and copilots as part of the professional development workflow Apply AI-assisted approaches to test case generation, automated QA, documentation and code review Own features end-to-end, including architecture, development, testing, deployment and post-release monitoring Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and DevOps teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Contribute to architectural decisions around web/mobile code reuse, performance and maintainability Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and identify opportunities for AI-driven build and test optimisation Evaluate and integrate AI tools and agents that can improve engineering productivity and software quality Champion best practices around code quality, performance, accessibility and security Mentor junior engineers on technical delivery and AI-assisted development practices

Required Skills

& Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with React Strong hands-on experience with React Native T-shaped skill profile with deep expertise in web or mobile development and solid full-stack capability Strong understanding of mobile application development fundamentals Experience withi OS and Android build processes Experience with mobile application deployment and app store processes Understanding of native module integration Strong experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Good understanding of state management and performance optimisation across web and mobile Experience with Git, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks Good understanding of software architecture patterns and scalable system design Professional experience using AI coding assistants, copilots or similar AI development tools Practical understanding of how AI can be applied across the software development lifecycle Ability to assess AI tools critically and use them pragmatically to improve engineering outcomes
