If you're an experienced Senior Java Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels as a Tech Lead within delivery squads, and wants to work with high-volume sports data, video streams, and live match feeds, this is the perfect next step in your career. ## What Your Day Will Look Like As a Senior Software Engineer (Java), you'll play a central role in building and scaling backend systems that power live fan engagement for millions of sports fans worldwide.

Working at the heart of our engineering delivery squads, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Engineers, and Frontend Developers. One day you might be architecting event-driven microservices to ingest live match data and commentary feeds.

The next, you could be optimizing RESTful APIs for high concurrency during major sporting events, leading release deployments, or establishing technical guilds to drive Java best practices across the engineering chapter.
