Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Server-Side Engineer focused on high-throughput platform development to design, build, and operate the foundational platforms and shared services that other engineering teams rely on to deliver their products.

This role focuses on building backend platform capabilities — request routing, traffic management, data fan-out, caching layers, asynchronous job execution, and durable event processing — that must handle very high traffic volumes with predictable latency and minimal operational toil. ### Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of backend, platform, or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and internal platforms.
• Proficiency in

Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++

Kafka, Pulsar, NATS

• - Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and search databases.
