Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services (e.g., Node.js, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs). Understanding of distributed systems, data storage, caching, and performance optimization in high-traffic environments.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and component-based architectures. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tooling (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of software testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and test automation.

Comfort with version control and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Git, code reviews, branching strategies). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the stack. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in senior or lead engineering roles and mentoring other engineers is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
