We’re seeking a Sr Level Back-End Software Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

What You’ll Do

A passion for building scalable AI agents

• Build scalable back-end services using

Go

and

Python

• Design and deploy

containerized microservices

using

Kubernetes

Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j

• -
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops -
• Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation -
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning -
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows in a

cloud-native (GCP)

environment

Required Experience

-

*5+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company

*Experience with AI tools i.e. Claude, ChatGpt or Gemini

* -

3+ years of experience with Go and Python

-

Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc

• Solid problem Solving/Programming skills - Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL) -

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.
